“一校一队”是世界技能大赛的一项文化交流、技能推广活动。在赛前一天，每个参赛代表团都会走进当地的一所院校，围绕文化、技能等方面开展面对面交流，借此机会搭建一个文化交流的平台，使当地学生能够近距离了解世界各个国家和地区的职业教育，扩大职业技能的影响力，诠释世界技能大赛理念，激励学生们不断进取；在比赛期间，当地院校学生将受邀前往比赛现场，参与各类技能体验活动，并为他们配对的参赛代表团加油助威。

One School One Member

  A cultural and skills promotion program embedded in WorldSkills Competitions, One School One Member sends every participating Member into a local school on the eve of the Competition. Through face-to-face sessions on culture and skills, the program builds a bridge between nations/regions and students, giving local students first-hand insight into vocational education and training around the world, amplifying the power of skills, embodying the WorldSkills vision and inspiring students to reach higher. During the Competition days, the host-school students are invited into the venue to try hands-on skill interactions and to cheer for the team paired with their school.
